Offline maps
Your site maps, even with no signal
Load the georeferenced maps you use on site and see exactly where you are, out of range and off the grid.
- Import GeoPDFs, GeoTIFFs and GPX files. Bring in site plans, survey maps, tracks and routes.
- See your live position on the map. Your phone's GPS places you on the file, so you know which bench, road or laydown you're near.
- No reception needed. Once a map is imported it works anywhere, with no mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Only import maps your employer allows you to use. SwingMate maps aren't for safety-critical navigation.

Questions, answered
Is SwingMate free?
Yes. SwingMate is free to download. If we ever add paid features, the price will be shown clearly in the app before you pay.
When can I get it?
SwingMate is coming soon to iPhone and Android. Email us and we'll let you know when it's out.
Which rosters does it work with?
Pick 2/1, 8/6, 2/2 or 3/1, or set your own days on and off for any other pattern. Set it once and the app works out your on and off days.
Do the maps work without signal?
Yes. Import georeferenced PDFs, GeoTIFFs or GPX files while you have reception, and they work offline after that.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without one. Sign in with Apple only if you want to sync your iPhone and iPad, add mates or put your roster in Google or Apple Calendar.
Does it work with Apple or Google Calendar?
Yes. Turn on Apple Calendar in the app and your SwingMate events and swings go into your phone's calendar, with changes syncing both ways. Google and Outlook work too once they're added to your iPhone. It all happens on your phone.
What can my mates see?
Only what you pick for each one: nothing, your work and home days, or your days and events. Sharing starts off, and your location is never shared.
Does SwingMate connect to my bank?
No. Pay, bills and spending are entered by you and stay on your phone.
What happens to my data?
We don't show ads and we don't sell your data. You can delete your account any time in Me › Account › Delete account. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
Is SwingMate a safety system?
No. It's a planning tool. Always keep a backup alarm for critical shifts and flights, and follow your site's procedures.
