1. Check that notifications for SwingMate are turned on in your phone's settings.
2. Make sure Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing SwingMate.
3. Don't force-close the app. Swiping it away can stop alarms on some phones.
4. Use the test alarm option in the app to confirm it works.

Still not working? Email us. Until it's sorted, keep a backup alarm for critical shifts and flights.

A night shift belongs to the day it starts. For example, a shift from 6pm Monday to 6am Tuesday shows on Monday. If something still looks off, check your shift times in your roster settings.

Go to Settings › Roster to change your swing pattern, shift type, start date and shift times. Use the eight-week preview to check it before you save.

Georeferenced PDFs (GeoPDF), GeoTIFF images (.tif) and GPX files. Allow location access to see where you are on the map. Maps work offline once they're imported.

In the app, go to Me › Account › Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and the personal information linked to it within 30 days.
